And I also learned about Present Perfect too.
When we said these tense mean that we care the result
I’ve lost my keys = the thing I care right now is that the key is gone and I can’t get in to my house so it a present moment.
I,you,we,they + have
He,she,it + has
+
V3
Then, it gonna order the sentences like this.
Subject + have/has + verb (past partial)
And there a marker word for the present perfect:
Ever
Never
Since
Already
Yet
Example:
I have never eaten pizza in my life.
I’ve been there
I’ve gone to Singapore for 2 time.
I’ve learned English everyday.
I've been to Chicago since 1999.
In a negative form of present perfect it'll started with
Subject + haven’t/hasn’t + verb (past participle)
Or the Wh-question will made a sentence like this
Wh-word + have/has + verb (past participle)
What have you done today?
Where have you been?
And we use present perfect when
the action in the past still effective to the present.
Talk about life experience, or the thing we have done before.
we do something unfinished, unfinished time word (today, this week, this month, this year)
This tense wasn’t care when exactly time is but care about the results from that sentences.
I learned from this video, it help me a lot!!
