I want to do the b-boy step too I think it inter resting so I started today as a beginner!!
(I yell in pain a lot...put up is hard for me LMaOoOoOo)
Doing b-boy exercised 28 Apr
I didn't took a video so I took a picture of myself!!
I practiced..
- balancing myself.
- warming up my leg and I need to keep the balance of my body.
- I didn't know what this called but I'll call it.."Plank and Run"
I need to straight out my arm and put the floor,then move my leg like I was running.
- This exercise will make my leg stronger!!
- And after that, I put-up 20 time.
Then I finish my exercise with Plank pose for 1 Minute.
